Hadi Shine Circus Contest Rules

 

1. Eligibility. No purchase necessary to enter. The Tickets to See the Hadi Shine Circus at the Ford Center (the “Contest”) is open to U.S. residents, 18 years of age or older, except employees of WTVW, Evansville, Indiana, (collectively, the “Sponsors”), other

television and radio stations in the Evansville market, and their affiliates, subsidiaries,

advertising or promotion agencies (if any), members of their respective families or

persons living in the same household. Viewers are eligible to win a WTVW contest only once every sixty (60) days. Only one winner per household is

permitted in any contest.

 

Viewers are eligible to win a prize valued at $600.00 or more only once every six months.

 

2. Entry.

(a) The Contest will begin on 8:00 a.m. Friday, November 14 and ends on 9:00 a.m. Friday, November 21.

(b) To participate in the Contest, viewers will need to watch Local 7 Lifestyles. The host will show pictures of a different landmark in the Tri-State every day and reveal clues about the location.  After the final clue is given for the day, viewers will be invited to call the station at 270-827-7961 to guess what it is. On Friday, November 14,  the third and fifth callers to correctly identify the landmark wins two tickets to the Circus on Friday, November 28 at 9:00 am (CT) at the Ford Center. November 17-21, the third, fifth, seventh callers to correctly identify the landmarks wins two tickets to the Circus on Saturday, November 29th at 9:30 am (CT).

No entry forms are needed. Entries must be received no later than 9:00 a.m. November 21.

(c) Contestants are limited to one guess per call, but viewers may call as many times as they like until a correct answer is given.

(d) Sponsors are not responsible for late, lost, stolen,

mangled, misdirected, misaddressed, postage due, incomplete, or illegible entries. or

for printing errors in any advertisement, entry form or the rules.

 

Sponsors are not responsible for technical or

computer failures, errors or data loss of any kind, lost or unavailable Internet

connections, failed, incomplete, garbled or deleted computer or network transmissions,

inability to access any website or online service, any other error or malfunction, late,

lost, illegible or misdirected entries, or for printing errors in any advertisement,

entry form or the rules. Entries will be deemed made by the authorized account

holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. The authorized account

holder is the natural person who is assigned to the email address by an internet

access provider, online service provider, or other organization that is responsible for

assigning the email address or the domain associated with the submitted email

address.

 

Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void. If the

Sponsors/judges determine, in their sole discretion, that there is any suspected or

actual electronic tampering with the Contest or if technical difficulties compromise
