IU Football Ticket Giveaway


1. Eligibility. No purchase necessary to enter. The IU Football Ticket Give away (the “Contest”) is

open to U.S. residents, 13years of age or older, except employees of WEHT/WTVW, Evansville, [Co-Sponsors] (collectively, the “Sponsors”), other

television and radio stations in the Evansville market, and their affiliates, subsidiaries,

advertising or promotion agencies (if any), members of their respective families or

persons living in the same household. Viewers are eligible to win a WEHT/WTVW contest only once every sixty (60) days. Only one winner per household is

permitted in any contest.


Viewers are eligible to win a prize valued at $600.00 or more only once every six months.


2. Entry.

(a) The Contest will begin on 8:00 a.m. August 25 and end on 9:00 a.m. August 26 .

(b) To participate in the Contest, viewers of Local 7 Lifestyles on WTVW will be given a signals to call the station. The 3rd caller will win a pair of tickets for the IU Football Home Opener or a pair of IU Football season tickets.

  1. Viewers may call as many times as they like, but only 1 winner per household.

mangled, misdirected, misaddressed, postage due, incomplete, or illegible entries. or

for printing errors in any advertisement, entry form or the rules.


[FOR INTERNET CONTESTS] Sponsors are not responsible for technical or

computer failures, errors or data loss of any kind, lost or unavailable Internet

connections, failed, incomplete, garbled or deleted computer or network transmissions,

inability to access any website or online service, any other error or malfunction, late,

lost, illegible or misdirected entries, or for printing errors in any advertisement,

entry form or the rules. Entries will be deemed made by the authorized account

holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. The authorized account

holder is the natural person who is assigned to the email address by an internet

access provider, online service provider, or other organization that is responsible for

assigning the email address or the domain associated with the submitted email



Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void. If the

Sponsors/judges determine, in their sole discretion, that there is any suspected or

actual electronic tampering with the Contest or if technical difficulties compromise
