Authorities in Hopkins County have made an arrest in the investigation into some stolen railroad tracks near the 'West Volunteer Mines'.

William Holt and Rickey Winn II now face theft charges.

Sheriff deputies say the men used a propane torch to cut the rail into smaller sections last summer, then hauled them off on a trailer.

Investigators say the rails belonged to P and L railways but weren't being used at the time they were stolen.
