Bill Approved to Disclose Meth Lab Homes

The senate gives unanimous approval to a bill aimed at helping people know if a piece of property they are trying to buy was the site of a meth lab.

The bill requires the Indiana State Police to keep a list of properties where they have found labs.

That information will be available within the buyer's agreement. The bill now goes back to the house for another vote on changes made in the senate.
