An update On the now delayed voyeurism trial involving a former Tri-State middle school teacher.

Eyewitness News has learned the trial is on hold since Andrew Emmons' attorneys argued prosecutors haven't provided all of the evidence. The prosecution disagrees, however the trial is now delayed until March.

Emmons is the former Boonville Middle School teacher accused of hiding a camera in a girl's locker room and in his mother-in-laws bathroom.
