Car Break-Ins on the Rise in Evansville

A string of car break-ins across the Evansville's north and east side shake up residents.

One instance was here in the 900 block of Governor Street. Tamala Glosser's locked van was ransacked.
Tools and around $20 in loose change was among the lifted items.

And she wasn't the only victim, police say cars on Lexington Road were trashed.

The main target: more loose change.
Glosser says she doesn't feel safe in her own neighborhood.

Several reports have been made with police since yesterday and today.

So far no arrests have been made.
