There's a good shortage apparently in Evansville: cocaine.

Late last month, authorities announced that nearly a dozen men were arrested on gang-related charges. This came after the shootings near Hammerheads Night Club in Evansville.

Eight of those included federal charges including drug trafficking. Evansville Police say the roundup cut off a major supply of cocaine into the city.

Now, the amount being trafficked into Evansville is the lowest it's been in years.

Even though the roundup targeted members of the Wag Block Gang, Evansville Police say the crackdown is only the beginning of the efforts to break the recent cycle of organized crime.
