Court dates are now scheduled for the suspects charged in the death at Double Dukes Saloon, but they are not until next week.

A Henderson County grand jury indicted security guards Benjamin Perry and Justin Kiper yesterday along with the man initially arrested, Robert Brantley. They face wanton murder and complicity to murder charges.

They will all appear in court for the wanton murder of Adam Hogan on May 12. Investigators say the three caused Hogan's death, after he would not leave the bar March 1.
