12 homes and a Rally's fast food restaurant are being torn down on that corner to pave the way for a new CVS Pharmacy, which takes many hands to construct.
"50 to 75 people here getting the job done," said Project Superintendent Dean Magera. "Out with the old and in with the new. Make the St. Joe look good."
Construction is due to be completed by October 6. The store will then be handed over to CVS for the company to begin stocking the shelves.
