A neighborly dispute turns ugly when a man allegedly runs over his neighbor with a 4-wheeler in Vanderburgh county.

This happened Saturday evening in the 4000 block of Kleitz Road.

Robert Lee Waters says he was working in his yard when his neighbor ran him over with a 4-wheeler.

The Vanderburgh County Sheriff's Office arrested 29-year-old Bradley Wallace for aggravated battery and criminal recklessness.

Deputies say Wallace admitted to intentionally running over his neighbor because he was tired of Waters, "messing with him."

We're told Waters was taken to Deaconess Hospital with a broken nose and a nearly dismembered finger.
