Indiana State Police say a search was done at Castle High School Wednesday and some drugs were found on campus.
It was a joint effort between troopers, Warrick County Sheriff's deputies, and Chandler Police.
ISP says ten K-9 officers searched lockers and the parking lot and found a small amount of marijuana and a controlled substance in two different vehicles.
They found and questioned both students. ISP did not say if an arrest was made, though.
This effort was called a routine drug search. ISP says it’s important for our schools to be drug free and for the students to know that searches will be conducted.
