A man leads police on a wild chase across town on a dirt bike. Police attempted to stop 23-year-old Simon Kenoyer, who was driving a dirt bike with no plates on Columbia St. near Baker Ave.

Kenoyer dropped off a passenger, then ignoring police, drove onto a sidewalk on W. Oregon St., narrowly missing several children. And that was just the beginning.

Police say Kenoyer cut down an alley, through a crowded parking lot, then drove south on Garfield St. reaching speeds of more than 60 miles per hour and blowing through several intersections.

Police say he eventually put the bike down in an alley and ran. But Kenoyer gave himself up near Zesto's, which is on the corner of Baker Ave. and Franklin St.

Police also found suspected hydrocodone pills in his pocket. Kenoyer now faces 10 charges including two felonies.
