We're told the EPA is asking the city to keep the meeting confidential.
It comes after the EPA sent a letter in June saying the city's 28-year 540-million dollar plan to upgrade its sewer system isn't enough.
The city came up with the plan after the EPA filed a lawsuit claiming the city did not meet the standards of the Clean Water Act.
Water and Sewer Utility Director Allen Mounts says he and the mayor hope to share what happens in the meeting with the public.
