Two of Country music's biggest names will be in Owensboro for this year's "Big O" Music Fest.

Hank Williams, Jr. and the Charlie Daniels Band are headlining this year's edition. They're two of the six acts officially announced this morning.

This will be the sixth year for the festival at Reid's Orchard, which organizers say is a nod to some of the more traditional acts.

"We have had requests for that since we started," said Steve Terry. "We've always had the younger stuff, like the Aldeans, and the Jake Owens. We wanted to give to the more traditional music fans this year for the show."

Organizers say more local bands will be named at a later date. Tickets can be bought on the festival's site www.bigomusicfest.com/ and at Maloney's in Owensboro.
