Pope Francis remains popular among Catholics in the U.S., according to a new Pew Research Center survey. The survey shows 85 percent of Catholics view Pope Francis favorably, an increase from 79 percent in September.

68 percent of the more than 1,800 Catholics surveyed believe Pope Francis represents a "major change" in direction "for the better." 40 percent of Catholics say they attend Mass weekly, which is the same percentage as a year ago.

Brad Byrd sits down with Evansville Diocese Bishop Charles Thompson to discuss Pope Francis, as he approaches his one year anniversary.
