In tonight's Eyewitness In-Depth, we're talking about the Indiana Supreme Court striking down Evansville's smoking ban.

The justices ruled the ban on bars and restaurants with the exemption of Tropicana Evansville violates the state constitution.

Brad Byrd sits down with Evansville City Council President John Friend, who voted for the ban in 2012, and attorney Charles Berger, who represented several restaurants and bars who opposed it.
