In tonight's Eyewitness In-Depth, the Food and Drug Administration announced it is now enforcing a rule that foods labeled "gluten free" must contain less than 20 parts per million of gluten. So, what exactly does this mean to the millions of people who are gluten intolerant or who have celiac disease?
