Indiana Votes on Fishing and Hunting Bill

Is hunting and fishing in Indiana a constitutional right? A bill that would make it so is up for a final vote in the state senate.

If the bill passes in the senate it then will go to a state-wide vote as early as November.
The legislation does not change current state rules on fishing or hunting.

The bill specifies hunting and fishing as the preferred way of managing and controlling wildlife.
