Investigation Leads to Reprimand of Blue Angels

A Navy investigation has led to the reprimand of a former Blue Angels Commander.

The United States Navy found that Captain Gregory McWherter allowed a culture of sexism and porn within the Blue Angels.
After a disciplinary hearing at Pearl Harbor, the US navy reprimanded McWherter for allowing a culture of pornography and lewd behavior.

The investigation found nude photos in the cockpits, evidence that hazing and alcohol were celebrated, and tracings of other inappropriate behavior.

These are things, the report says, one of the most respected units in the United States Navy should not tolerate.

Captain McWherter resigned last month and has not commented on this scandal.
