Jason Perry the man accused of shooting Jessica Tice last year enters a guilty plea tonight.
The Princeton Police Department confirms Perry pleaded guilty to murder and to being a habitual offender.
He is expected to face a 55-year sentence for murder charges, and 30 years for habitual offender charges. However, Perry is expected to have a 15-year suspension to the 30-year habitual offender sentence.
This means Perry is expected to serve a 70-year sentence.
Police say Perry shot Tice in May 2013 outside a Princeton Mexican restaurant.
