Judge and Prosecutor Named for Tom Davis Case

A special judge and prosecutor are tabbed in the case of a Henderson City Commissioner charged with impersonating a police officer.

Judge John Atkins and Prosecutor Zack Greenwell, both of Crittenden County, will now preside over the criminal case of Tom Davis.

Davis, a former Henderson mayor, is accused of acting as a police officer to two motorcyclists back in September, 2013.

He faces prison time and could lose the right to vote and hold public office if convicted.
