Kentucky Lawmakers wrap up the 2014 legislative session.
Some high profile bills didn't make it to the governor's desk, like a state wide smoking ban.

Awaiting his signature is a bill that allows some doctors to research and prescribe cannabis oil for medical purposes.
Another piece of legislation gives schools permission to waive certain days missed as a result of bad weather.
   
There's also a bill that states if a minor gets a traffic violation, their parent must appear with them in court.
