Some Kentucky students could now be going to school in June after talks over the school waiver bill collapsed.
Talks between house and senate members of a conference committee broke down last night.
Lawmakers say they had differences over the last day of school, among other issues.

A conference committee has been meeting since last week to combine house and senate versions of the bill that were passed earlier this month.
