Alcohol license dispute continues over Henderson Co. winery

A Henderson County winery dispute may be closer to a conclusion. A neighbor complaint called into question the validity of the Farmer and Frenchman's retail drink license.

The argument is some historical representations show the winery falls in dry territory. But the attorney for the winery says no substantial evidence has been shown.

A state Alcoholic Beverage Control Board hearing ended in December with no decision.

Both parties have until January 12, to submit final written arguments. The board then has 90 days to make a decision.
