Update: Indy Amber Alert Canceled

(From WISH-TV) IMPD officers are searching for an Indianapolis woman who they say abducted her three children Tuesday afternoon.

A statewide Amber Alert was cancelled after authorities found the children unharmed in the 2000 block of North Luett Avenue. Authorities said that the mother, 22-year-old Mekielle Pullins left the area prior to officers arriving on scene.

Police were originally worried that the children may have been in “immediate danger” as Pullins had threatened to harm the children in the past.

The children have been taken into the care of the Department of Child Services for safety, according to a release from IMPD.
