A taste of Thailand can be found at the Fall Festival this year.
Pad Thai is a stir-fried noodle dish which is commonly served from street vendors.
The new dish is being served at booth 13, the Unitarian Universalist Church of Evansville.
You can also order chopped peanuts to be put on top, and your choice of a sweet and sour sauce, lime juice or hot sauce.
"It's not common, so it gives people that aren't eating meat one alternative because our vegetarian Pad Thai, and our wontons, and our sticky rice are vegetarian. We also have Chicken Pad Thai, too,” said Jennifer Willett.
The booth serves Thai tea.
