Bill Aiming to Help Former ITT Tech Students Now Heads to State Senate

The Indiana House of Representatives is moving a bill forward which would help students impacted by the abrupt closure of colleges like ITT Tech.

The bill was proposed by State Rep. Holli Sullivan (R-Evansville).

The bill would restore financial aid eligibility of students affected by the sudden shutdown of ITT Tech last year.

It would give the state more flexibility with financial aid and give low income students more options with grants and scholarships.

The bill is now moving to the Senate for consideration.
