Birdseye man charged with burglary in connection with Dubois County murder

DUBOIS COUNTY (WEHT) - A Birdseye man has been changed with burglary and obstruction of justice in connection with a murder in Dubois County.

The Dubois County Sheriff's Office told Eyewitness News that 19-year-old Quentin McMickle is in the county jail where he's being held on a $5,000 bond..

Investigators said McMickle entered the home where a body was found and removed items from inside.

McMickle was arrested on Thursday.

He just finished serving time in the Crawford County Jail. Deputies transported him from there to the Dubois County jail.

McMickle has not been charged with murder.

The sheriff's office is still looking for suspects.
