Fiery Crash Case Moves to Grand Jury

A Henderson man charged in connection to a fiery crash at a gas station will have his charges go before a grand jury.

Henry Dixon waived his preliminary hearing in Henderson District Court on Wednesday, moving his charges along to a grand jury.

Police say Dixon threatened to kill his family on February 18 before leading them on a chase that ended with an explosive crash at the EZ Shop in Henderson.
