Guilty Plea Entered in Union Co. Deadly Crash

A western Kentucky man enters a guilty plea for his role in the death of a Webster County teenager.

Commonwealth Attorney Zac Greenwell says Maxwell McMain pleaded guilty to 2nd Degree manslaughter, operating a vehicle under the influence, driving on a suspended license, and failure to wear a seatbelt.

He was charged for driving a vehicle which killed his passenger, Kaci Wood, in an accident near Morganfield.

McMain was originally charged with murder. His sentencing is scheduled for October 3.
