Henderson Man Arrested, Admitted to Smoking K2

A Henderson man is arrested after authorities say he was yelling and jumping on cars.

Christopher Markham, 20, was reportedly unsteady on his feet and admitted to smoking K2.

Markham was placed under arrest for Public Intoxication of a controlled substance.

Authorities conducted a search Markham and found a baggie of pills and a baggie of white powder testing positive for methamphetamine. We are told Alprazolam, Vyvance, Amphetamine/Dextroamphetamine tablets were in the baggie.

Markham was arrested and charged with:

  1. Possession of a Controlled Substance 1st Degree, 1st Offense (Meth)
  2. Possession of a Controlled Substance 1st Degree, 1st Offense
  3. Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd Degree
  4. Public Intoxication

He was lodged at the Henderson County Detention Center.
