Indiana church holding gun buy back

An Indiana church is trading firearms for gift cards with a gun buy back.

The church is asking people to give up semi-automatic rifles, bump stocks, and high capacity magazines.

Members of the Wabash Avenue Presbyterian Church in Crawfordsville, Indiana said it's about safety.

They said they don't want their town to become the next Parkland, Florida.

The church will give out $100 grocery store gift cards for guns on April 28 and $25 gift cards for high-capacity magazines and bump stocks.

The police department will take part, collecting the guns and taking them to be melted.
