ISP: Woman Arrested Following Vehicle Chase

Update

Authorities are identifying the suspect in the vehicle chase as Connie Minor, 46, of Anderson, Indiana.

Minor was wanted out of Madison County for a felony drug charge, according to Indiana State Police.

Original Story

Indiana State Police Sgt. Todd Ringle says a vehicle chase starting in Warrick County ended with an arrest in Pike County.

ISP says the chase started northbound on SR 61 north of Turpin Hill Rd. with the Boonville Police Department pursuing the vehicle.

The vehicle then entered Lynnville, crashed into a Deputy's car but continued north on SR 61 from Spurgeon Rd., according to authorities.

In Pike County, authorities say the vehicle drove over stop sticks on SR 61 just south of SR 64.

ISP says a female subject was taken into custody after the vehicle finally stopped on SR 61 north of Sugar Ridge Rd.

The female was transported to Jasper Memorial for a K-9 bite. Authorities say no other motorists were injured.
