Judge Denies Probable Cause Hearing for Isaiah Hagan

On Wednesday, a judge denied the defense's motion to hold a probable cause hearing for Isaiah Hagan.

Hagan, 22, is accused of fatally shooting Halee Rathgeber.

He faces murder, felony murder, robbery causing serious bodily injury and obstruction of justice charges in connection with Rathgeber's death.

Back in May, Warrick County Prosecutor Mike Perry told Eyewitness News he will seek life without parole in this case.
