KSP Searching for Escaped Daviess Co. Jail Inmate

Kentucky State Police are searching for an inmate who escaped the Daviess County Detention Center.

KSP says just before 5 p.m. 18-year-old Kaleb Gage Anderson of Owensboro was in a secure outdoor area when he jumped the border fencing.

Anderson was last seen running west towards Owensboro. Troopers are currently searching for Anderson in the Owensboro area.

A preliminary investigation reveals Anderson was being held in the Daviess County Detention Center for charges including burglary.

Anderson is described as 5'8" and 145 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing a white T-shirt and denim pants with orange stripes down both legs.
