Man Accused of Dealing Meth After Knocking on Door During Police Search

Three people were arrested on Monday after authorities say a man was trying to deliver drugs to a residence while a police search was already going on.

The residence in the 1400 block of Cody St. was that of Judith Isaac's, according to police.

Police say they found a baggy with meth and a syringe under a pillow in a room allegedly belonging to Isaac's daughter Pitara Kessler.

Isaac allegedly admitted to police that drug use went on in the residence and her daughter tried to sell her meth.

While this was all happening, a male knocked on the door of the residence. The man told police he had a little meth in his pocket. Police say they then retrieved three baggies from the man's pant pocket. The man was later identified as Clyde Brooks.

Brooks later allegedly told police that he had been given the meth to take to the resident. Brooks allegedly told police he was told the meth was going to someone named “DD.”

Police say the baggies had a field weight of 30 grams, 13 grams, and four grams.

Brooks faces charges of dealing meth.

Judith Isaac faces a charge of maintaining a common nuisance. Pitara Kessler faces charges of meth possession and maintaining a common nuisance.
