While conducting surveillance of the home before the search, authorities said a vehicle that had been parked in front of the house was pulled over for allegedly disregarding a traffic control device.

The driver, Kathy Giolitto, allegedly was pulling out a plastic bag when authorities were approaching the vehicle.

That bag was found to contain a crystal-like substance that field tested positive for meth, according to authorities.
