Moving into a college dorm can be exciting and stressful, but students took the leap and moved in at University of Evansville Saturday for the Fall semester.
Students unloaded into their new homes and got ready to start the school year.
Parents and students arrived early Saturday morning to get settled into various dorms around campus.
The school offered plenty of helpers to make the process as easy as possible, but some students were still overwhelmed by the experience.
"It was a little bit crazy,” said Alyssa Skertich, “It went really well but at first I started to panic, thinking I brought too many things but as I put it away I'm like, “okay, we're gonna be fine.” Definitely glad my parents came with me. If I had to come by myself, I would've been completely lost and terrified."
Classes begin for UE students this Wednesday.
