New trial date scheduled in Isaiah Hagan murder case

More than a week after a mistrial reset a local murder case, all parties are planning to be back in court at the end of the month.

Online court records show 23-year-old Isaiah Hagan is scheduled to stand trial on May 30.

The Warrick County Sheriff's Office accuses Hagan of shooting and killing 20-year-old Halee Rathgeber in April 2017.

A judge granted the mistrial on May 4, after a juror saw Hagan in a holding cell outside of the courtroom.
