One person is dead after a crash on Highway 181 South sent two others to the hospital.
Greenville Police said around 2:00 PM Thursday, a truck driven by 73-year-old Roy Crane crossed the center line and hit a car head-on.
Crane was flown from the scene to St. May's in Evansville where he died on Sunday.
The driver of the car, 79-year-old James Sweeney, and his passenger, Doreen Sweeney were taken to Owensboro Health Muhlenberg Community Hospital with injuries.
