Owensboro Police Raise Awareness For Breast Cancer With New Pink Patrol Car

Owensboro Police are using the city's annual air show to display their support for those battling breast cancer.

They debuted their black and pink police cruiser at English Park Saturday afternoon.

DMC graphics of Owensboro donated a wrap featuring several pink ribbons on the car's hood and doors.

It's part of the American Cancer Society's “Making Strides Against Breast Cancer” campaign.

Police were also selling t-shirts and other items to raise money for the American Cancer Society.

The car will be on display at public events through late October.
