Teague Attorneys Seek Highly Sought After Records in 21-Year-Old Case

Attorneys for the family of Heather Teague head to Henderson County Court, seeking new information on the decades-old case.

Heather Teague disappeared more than 21 years ago from Newburgh Beach.

Lawyers plan to request a judge to compel Kentucky State Police to turn over a series of highly sought after records, including 911 calls made when Teague first disappeared.

Teague's family is seeking the records concerning the chain of command during the 911 calls, as well as tapes of the original calls.

Prior requests for this information have been denied.
