Three Arrested Following Traffic Stop in Owensboro

Three people were arrested after a traffic stop in Owensboro on Tuesday morning.

Authorities said they stopped a vehicle for disregarding a red light at 18th St. and Breckenridge St.

During the investigation, authorities said two people with active warrants were found inside the vehicle.

Also, authorities said they found several items of drugs and drug paraphernalia.

Gregory O'Bryan, 56, was arrested on charges of disregarding a traffic control device, not having registration plates, not having a registration receipt, posessing meth, and possessing paraphernalia.

Cheyenne M. Shouse, 24, was arrested and charged with possessing meth, possessing an unspecified drug, and possessing drug paraphernalia. Shouse was also wanted for five active warrants.

Justin Allen, 25, was arrested on one active warrant.

All three were lodged in the Daviess County Detention Center.
