Two Owensboro Men Arrested On Meth Charges

The Daviess County Sheriff's Office arrested two men early Monday morning when they said they found them with meth and a child in their car.

Deputies said they pulled over a car on Villa Point around 4:00 AM and saw a pipe out in the open.

The sheriff's office also said a 5-year-old was in the car at the time.

One they searched the vehicle, they said they found two baggies of meth and two smoking pipes.

The driver of the car was released, but two passengers were arrested.

Both Brian Jump and James Miller are facing meth charges in the Daviess County Detention Center.

The 5-year-old was released to a family member.
