The fourth suspect charged in connection with the death of Joseph Nelson makes his initial court appearance.

Mathew Mccallister appeared in Warrick Superior Court. He was appointed a public defender, and his trial date was set for August 28.

Three other people, Shawn Grigsby, Jade Stigall, and David Lackey made their first appearances last week.

Investigators say Nelson was shot and killed in northern Warrick County. His body was found on a conveyor belt at the Alcoa power plant.
