We'll have to wait at least another month to learn more about the developer's plans for the historic McCurdy building in downtown Evansville.

There was supposed to be a hearing Thursday between the city officials and The Kunkel Group, the developers of the McCurdy hotel project.

Ben Miller from the Building Commission says the meeting has been pushed back to March.

Back in December, the city cited the Kunkel Group for a long list of code violations.

Officials say the Kunkel Group has submitted plans to renovate the historic landmark.
