Minimum Wage Hikes Affect Future Employment

The Congressional Budget Office releases a new analysis of a possible Federal minimum wage hike.

The office reports a minimum wage hike would boost the incomes of most low-wage workers.
However, it would also mean some losing their jobs.

Officials say gradually raising the minimum wage to ten dollars and ten cents could reduce total employment by 500,000 workers.
