It's a story reaching far and wide, but it's the support at home that means the most.
"We want her back so bad," says Todd.
Her face is found on nearly every street corner, restaurant door, and car window.
Kristy Kelley was last seen leaving the VFW in Boonville around one-thirty Saturday morning.
In a surveillance video, captured by TF's restaurant, authorities believe it's Kelley's jeep going by moments before she went missing.
"Everybody looks out for everybody. Everybody helps everybody when they can," says Pam Hertweck.
Since her disappearance, it's places like TF's restaurant posting Kelley's flyer in the window, to help.
"We've had a lot of people come through and ask about her. How do you know her? Just to find out information. Oh, you are looking for her," says Pam Hertweck.
Hertweck says, in Boonville, this community pulls together.
"A small town being together. Everybody knows a lot of everybody. Everybody knows everybody. A lot of people are related. Everybody pretty well tries to stick together and help everybody out," says Hertweck.
"My heart goes out to the family," says Ian Stafford.
At Double D's restaurant, employee Ian Stafford says they are doing all they can to help.
"For every to-go order we are putting out these flyers that have her name, picture, and other things related to her," says Stafford.
Stafford says the restaurant employees are being asked to stay safe, to leave work together, and to stay near the building during breaks.
As the community lends a helping hand, Kelley's parents continue to talk about their daughter's bubbly, outgoing personality.
"We're not giving up. We wont give up, Kristy. We know you will be found, and we wont stop until you are found. Just hang in there. We love you. We will find you," says Kathy and Todd Scales.
Studio Bee in Boonville is serving as the search headquarters, for now.
You can help make donations to People's Trust and Savings Bank. The money goes straight towards search efforts.
A vigil is planned Wednesday night.
