Murder Suspect Enters Not Guilty Plea

Robert Brantley made his first court appearance Tuesday in Henderson District Court. His attorney entered a not guilty plea. Both Brantley and his attorney declined to talk to our crew there. On March 1st, Henderson Police say Adam Hogan died after being involved in a fight with multiple security guards in the Double Dukes Saloon. So far, Brantley's murder charge is the only charge in this case, investigators say more could come. According to the "Shut Down Double Dukes" Facebook page, Brantley has been fired from the bar. We stopped by the bar and a sign say the business opens at 4pm. Brantley's hearing is set for Thursday March 27th at Noon.
