Apple has another employee class-action lawsuit to deal with.
In the suit, employees say they were denied meal breaks and rest periods, in violation of California labor law.
Attorneys say more than 20,000 current or former Apple employees have been affected by the alleged violations.
They say the workers range from the retail to the corporate level.
Also, employees  say they were forced to work for stretches of 5 hours or more without meals.
Apple declined to comment.
