Waide's former business partners at Liberty Rehabilitation in Madisonville filed a lawsuit against Waide about a year ago. They claim he charged the company for personal and campaign expenses on things like massages, iTunes, and baseball tickets.
The charges against Waide are Class D felonies. Each carries a penalty of one to five years
Waide's attorney tells Eyewitness News a judge will issue a pretrial date soon.
